Responsibilities

As a Senior UX Designer at Omi, your responsibilities and missions will be:

• Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
• Creating product prototypes and in collaboration with the Product Manager and Tech team, build storyboards to create satisfying and compelling experiences for users of our products
• Defining interaction models, user task flows, and intuitive experiences
• Consulting with users to understand their goals
• Explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders
• Developing personas and usage scenarios
• Conducting usability testing
• Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
• Help define the short and long-term roadmap for our products and contribute to high-level strategic decisions
• Conducting competitor and customer analysis

Qualifications

For this role, the required qualifications are :

• Proven track record in BtB softwares
• You have 4 years or more of experience as a UX Designer, including at least 2 years devoted to business or B2B interfaces
• Master in Figma or similar design/UX tools (Miro, Abode XD, Sketch etc.)
• Complexity does not scare you and you have a taste for business interfaces and complex paths
• You are organized, know how to juggle between different subjects / different deadlines independently and by being proactive
• You like to work in a team, co-design and share and your communication skills allow you to exchange with multidisciplinary teams taking into account their different constraints
• You pay a great deal of attention to details
• You know how to discuss your work in English
• Can integrate well with other teams and be efficient when cross collaborating
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment where goals and requirements may be changing

Bonus

For this role, the bonus qualifications are :

• Proven experience designing Templates Systems UX/UI is a plus
• Proven experience in visual content, 3D, AR or gaming field is a plus
