As we prepare to expand internationally, we’re looking for an experienced Head of Growth to lead our growth strategy and marketing organisation.
Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Growth who will lead our marketing team and work closely with the CEO and Sales team to drive business growth and market expansion. They will develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy through a period of international expansion, and play an instrumental role in helping us achieve our ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the growth organisation with responsibility for managing the marketing team and partnering closely with Sales on the go-to-market strategy
- Collaborating closely with the CEO & Sales team to drive international expansion
- Delivering data-led growth playbooks and processes that are aligned with our growth objectives and create scalability within the commercial organisation
- Building an end-to-end marketing funnel that is ready to scale and can deliver our business goals, focused on SMB and mid-market customer segments
- Identifying and pursuing new channels and business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align the business’s growth strategy across sales, product development, customer success and other key areas of the business
- Hiring, training and managing a high-performing marketing team both locally and internationally
- Lead the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns, materials- and initiatives to generate qualified leads across different channels
- Drive channel diversification and take a data-driven approach to analysing the effectiveness of different channels
- Leverage data to monitor growth metrics and KPIs and providing regular insights and reporting to the executive team and board of directors
