What you'll do
As an Onboarding Specialist at Omi, your responsibilities will be :
- As an early member of the team, you will help us build and mold the future of our Customer Care organization and be instrumental in helping define our onboarding processes & tools, especially our help center;
- Help all our new customers after sign-up and provide an exceptional onboarding experience;
- Learn our product inside and out and train customers yourself, as well as producing videos and training articles;
- Be the voice of our customers by providing feedbacks to the Product team, in order to improve our platform and make Omi relevant for every customer:
- Collaborate with Customer Success team to identify expansions opportunities, as well as churn risks.
