Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM and marketing automation strategy to enhance prospect engagement, lead nurturing, and revenue growth.
- Own the development and optimization of sales, revenue, and marketing processes and workflows within the CRM.
- Optimize lead scoring models to prioritize leads and ensure seamless handoffs to sales teams.
- Create and manage targeted, segmented email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and reactivation, leveraging profile, behavioral, and engagement data.
- Establish robust tracking systems to monitor marketing campaign performance across various channels and touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with the latest email marketing and martech ecosystem trends, platform standards, technologies, best practices, and developments.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports (both standardized and ad hoc) to track marketing campaign effectiveness, ensuring results are directly tied to business objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day HubSpot operations, including troubleshooting and resolving any data-related issues.
