We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team and take charge of onboarding, nurturing, and upselling our Enterprise and Mid-Market customers for our cutting-edge 3D software. As an integral member of our sales and customer success team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' success, driving customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Customer Engagement:
- Lead the onboarding process for new Enterprise and Mid-Market customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of our software across marketing teams.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements and deliver exceptional service.
- Customer Nurturing and Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, proactively addressing any concerns, and identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' industries, business objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and insights.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and provide value-added guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Customer Success Advocacy:
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, sharing customer feedback, pain points, and success stories to drive product improvements and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor customer usage and adoption of our SaaS platform, ensuring maximum utilization and value realization.
- Address customer escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Upselling and Expansion:
- Identify upsell opportunities by understanding the customers' evolving needs and recommending additional products, features, or services that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate upsell proposals, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the expansion of customer accounts.
- Meet and exceed upselling targets to drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Sales and Account Management Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on account health, customer insights, upsell opportunities, and revenue projections to the management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in account management, customer success, or sales within the SaaS industry, preferably with Enterprise and Mid-Market clients.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to make data-driven decisions.
